Psyon, a UK InsurTech firm which offers real time digital and data employee benefits solutions, has appointed Annabel Francis to the newly created role of Analytics Proposition & Technical Lead.
Annabel will be responsible for driving forward Psyon’s overall data analytics proposition including digital solutions, standard dash boarding, data capture and analytic techniques. She will also be a member of the Psyon Senior Management Team
Annabel joins Psyon from Risk & Business Analytics, a division of RELX, where she worked across several global brands leading improvements in the business’ strategic data capabilities and providing leadership in the design and execution of data strategy.
With over 16 years’ experience in data and analytics, Annabel is practised in data integration, governance, solution design and process improvement. Annabel has also held positions prior to RELX at Group GTI and Hobsons.
