If we decide to run your post, it will usually be run within 7-10 working days (dependant on workload) – we will automatically send over the link to you when published, or we will email you if the post is rejected, so if you haven’t heard from us, it probably means your article is still awaiting review.

Our general contact email address is [email protected] and our phone number is 07377 421662 – but we do NOT accept calls or emails to chase up free coverage. (Be warned, if you call for this reason, the phone is guarded by an overworked Welsh Dragon who may ask you to read this out loud!)
The reason we don’t accept calls is simple -the constant interruptions just stop all news from being loaded while I patiently (and sometimes not so patiently) tell you that your news is in the queue, along with usually at least 60 others, awaiting review. I’d rather spend my time actually loading news than telling you this!
Need a one-off faster service for an urgent news release?
While regular submissions and opportunities are free, we do offer a paid same day publication service Mon-Thurs for a fee of £35. We also offer various advertising opportunities. Please email [email protected] if you need urgent coverage and have budget.
Regularly need faster coverage?
Members of our Gold PR Club receive next working day coverage on our sites (Mon-Thu only), and can submit unlimited releases. They also receive coverage of their release on every suitable news site and can send releases in by email. Membership costs £150 for 6 months.
