Australian headquartered order management company Fluent Commerce today announces a fresh global channel partner program for partners across APAC, NA and EMEA.
The Fluent Commerce Global Partner Program 2024 will encourage all partners to ‘come and ride the OMS wave’. It will be supported by new branding, including a uniquely Australian mascot, to highlight the company’s roots.
The program includes three tiers – Wave Champion, Surf Pro and Surf Community. Each tier is designed to reflect the technical knowledge, experience and successful project implementation of each partner. The program also introduces DOM, a surfing OMS nerd & Koala, there to guide partners through their Order Management journey.
Since it was founded in 2013, Fluent Commerce has built up a diverse and extensive partner ecosystem of over 200 experienced partners. This includes tier one integrators, leading global digital consultancies and specialist ecommerce agencies who have delivered many successful projects over the years. Current Wave Champions (top tier) include Accenture, Amblique, Ayata, Capgemini, Epam, Grid Dynamics, Merkle, Orium, Pivotree, Valtech and Viseo.
The program features a new point system for achieving partner levels and new level-based benefits. These include demand and brand awareness activities, marketing initiatives, and partnership development tools.
Chad Hooker, VP Global Channel & Alliances at Fluent Commerce, said: “Over the past decade we have worked hard to form deep and enduring partnerships with best-of-breed integrators and consultancies around the world.
“What we have learned is that the more we invest in these relationships, the better the outcome for our customers and Fluent Commerce as a whole. But we didn’t want to design a partner program that looks and feels the same as everyone else’s. I believe we have achieved something that’s fresh, engaging and unique.
“Our intention is that this program will reward and recognise our most important partners for their invaluable work. It will also further enhance engagement with up and coming partners and deliver smart tools and programs which improve project delivery,” Hooker adds.
Fluent Commerce’s updated partner program will be rolled out globally from March with the goal of deepening existing partnerships and onboarding new partners around the world.
