Brysa UK have supported Out Of Home Media photography and videography company, View2Fill to transform operations and scaling capacity

Brysa UK, the Salesforce Consulting Partner, has announced the completion of a project for View2Fill. The Out Of Home Photography and Videography company that captures brand campaigns in situ, creating showcases on behalf of Specialists, Media Owners and Agencies across the UK, had up to now been working with manual systems. In order to grow the business, View2Fill wanted a new system to manage and coordinate the various stakeholders related to the business – employees, freelance professionals, and media clients.
The aim of the project was to onboard a new system that would enable increased outputs and a reduction or removal of manual systems without any negative impacts upon the business or clients during implementation.
Working closely with the View2Fill team, Brysa conducted a comprehensive analysis of the company’s end-to-end processes, before proposing a solution designed to streamline overall business operations, reduce manual labour, and enhance data management. Through the implementation of a range of Salesforce products, the Brysa team proposed:
- The automation of information flows, enabling enquiry data to be automatically entered and managed in Salesforce.
- A simple interface to enable the View2Fill team to link the right photographer to each incoming project.
- The creation of a new, mobile-friendly portal for photographers to receive easy updates and communication without multiple contacts or messy Whatsapp messages while on the move.
The result is a system that empowers View2Fill to do more with less. With Salesforce automation streamlining job assignments, email communications, and issue tracking, the team now spends significantly less time on admin — freeing them up to focus on service delivery and client relationships.
A new portal for photographers enables seamless communication and real-time job updates, while SharePoint automation has simplified data management for both internal teams and freelancers. The entire workflow, from enquiry to delivery, is now faster, smarter, and more connected.
Since going live, View2Fill has seen a 30% increase in operational efficiency, and a 40% improvement in issue resolution speed among other efficiencies. These improvements have enabled the business to scale capacity by 1.5x and View2Fill is now confidently expanding into new territories, with the systems in place to support growth while keeping clients fully informed every step of the way.
