Strengthening AI Talent Development in Indonesia through University Partnership
Alibaba Cloud also announced a strategic collaboration with Telkom University (Tel-U), one of Indonesia’s leading private universities and a part of the Telkom Group, to advance AI and cloud talent development.
Through this partnership, Alibaba Cloud Academy will launch the Alibaba Cloud Academic Empowerment Program (AAEP) and the Training Partner Program at Telkom University. These initiatives will provide students and faculty with access to world-class cloud computing and AI curricula, certifications, and practical training, preparing them for the digital economy.
Additionally, both parties will explore the establishment of a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Indonesia to accelerate the adoption of next-generation technologies—focusing on cloud security and other cloud solutions including AI. The CoE will serve as a hub for innovation, research, and industry collaboration, fostering a robust ecosystem for technological advancement.
