POPX has successfully supported Node4 in consolidating multiple service management systems and tools, merging four separate third-party platforms onto POPX’s Managed Service Platform powered by ServiceNow. The consolidation is delivering significant business efficiencies and cost savings, as well as improving Node4’s order management processes.

Having completed multiple acquisitions since 2021, Node4’s strategy was to implement a single Managed Services operating model for ITSM and order management. To streamline its platforms and maximise the benefits of ServiceNow as a company-wide operations tool, Node4 partnered with POPX to implement this strategy. Node4 has now successfully decommissioned its four legacy ITSM systems and completed the migration to POPX’s Managed Service Platform.

The consolidation by POPX has resulted in substantial cost and efficiency benefits for Node4 including:

  • Achieved a threefold return on the benefits case, significantly surpassing the cost of POPX’s solution
  • Drove year-on-year technical advancements through workflows, automation, process engineering, and AI integration
  • Enhanced customer and employee satisfaction through improved CSAT and NPS scores
  • Restructured and streamlined Node4’s heavily customised ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for improved stability and scalability
  • Unlocked new revenue streams by leveraging POPX’s Managed Service Platform, including the ability to resell offerings like Service Desk as a Service (SDaaS).

Andy Venables, CTO and co-founder of POPX, comments: “We were tasked with helping Node4 create a managed service that fosters collaboration and drives business outcomes. By migrating them from disparate systems to our POPX MSP Platform, we provided them with a single platform to propel the business forward more efficiently. Looking ahead, we’re continuing to work with Node4 to streamline, automate, and optimise their processes, aiming to deliver three times the ROI for every project we deliver.”

Richard Angrave, Transformation Director at Node4, adds: “Following growth through multiple acquisitions, POPX played a critical role in integrating four legacy platforms and tools onto their MSP Platform, significantly enhancing operational efficiency across our organisation. Their expertise has not only resolved our platform challenges but has also delivered measurable cost savings, with further efficiencies on the horizon. We’re excited to continue working with POPX to harness the power of automation, drive down costs, and unlock new growth opportunities.”

Node4’s partnership with POPX highlights the transformational impact of leveraging a best-in-class Managed Services Platform powered by ServiceNow to deliver measurable financial and operational benefits while positioning the company for future growth.
