Conga announces strong momentum in EMEA

Conga, the leader in end-to-end Digital Document Transformation, today announced tremendous momentum in EMEA, highlighted by: doubled bookings within the region year-over-year (Q2 over Q2), the opening of its new Paris office, the expansion of its workforce in EMEA, with more than 30 new hires since February 2019, and new capabilities for Conga Sign.

Paris office signifies commitment to the French market

Following the opening of Conga’s new global headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, and with hundreds of new customers served in EMEA since September 2018, Conga has announced the opening of its office in Paris. Conga is establishing a team in the Paris office, spanning from pre-sales and ongoing technical support, marketing, commercial and customer success. With France being the sixth largest economy globally and a major hub for its customers, Conga is expected to double in size in France over the next 18 months as it responds to unprecedented demand from the region.

“This investment in France demonstrates our commitment to growing Conga’s presence and supporting our customers across EMEA on their Digital Transformation journeys,” said Matt Tuson, SVP and Managing Director EMEA at Conga.

“The company’s strong momentum in Europe is a testament to the critical role that documents play in a true business transformation. This is an exciting time for Conga in EMEA, and I’m excited to see the company continue to grow.”

New sign capabilities

To meet growing demand from customers in EMEA, Conga has announced Signer Languages for Conga Sign, allowing automated emails and in-platform signing instruction to be presented in the signer’s preferred language. Conga Sign supports English (default language), French and German in the signing instructions and user interface. With Signer Languages, senders can select a sign language for the recipient at the time of creating the transaction or the signer may select the language once in the Conga Sign UI. This ensures that the signer receives all system-generated messages in that language.

“As the speed of business accelerates and commerce becomes increasingly automated, signatures are more important than ever – however, the signature process can often take days, especially when language barriers exist,” said Doug Rybacki, Chief Technology Officer at Conga.

“This new capability provides a localised experience, enabling French and German speakers to sign documents and validate agreements in minutes.”

New hires to drive continued success in Europe

As vice president of Northern Europe, Mark Dunn will be responsible for driving sales, support and customer success in the region. Dunn has more than 11 years of experience in sales, having joined the company from NewVoiceMedia, where he led the commercial aspects for the company in the UK/I and EMEA region.

Phil Denham joins the company as vice president of solution engineering and will be responsible for the technical selling, building and delivery of Conga EMEA. For the last 15 years, Phil has been helping global companies solve the integration puzzle of tools and replace obsolete contract processes with successful digital contract management strategies.

As digital transformation officer, Ash Finnegan will be working with customers and partners on their transformation programmes. Finnegan will also be working with the sales and marketing teams on the positioning of the Conga Suite, as well as looking at the company’s own internal operational processes to see where and how she can improve the use of its own technology.

“We are delighted to welcome Mark, Phil and Ash to the Conga team in Europe – and we are excited to see what their experience can bring to our customers in the region,” said Tuson.

“It was our continued momentum in the EMEA region that led us to the hiring of Mark, Phil and Ash. We see an opportunity to expand our Digital Document Transformation Suite and help businesses across Europe realise the true benefits of simplifying and automating business processes.”
