ramsac receives Best Company award and named one of top companies to work for in the South East.

ramsac have been awarded with “outstanding levels of employee engagement” from Best Companies and have ranked 38 out of the top 75 companies to work for in the South East.

This accreditation measures how well people in organisations engage at work and how they feel about their employer.

By running regular workshops around stress and anxiety, and promoting open conversation about mental health. ramsac run regular wellness Wednesdays and bring in external speakers to cover subject such as mindfulness, personal finance, stress awareness and health and nutrition, they have provided in house health checks and physio assessments and run activities such as parties and picnics that allow staff to get their families involved in the ramsac family. They also support requests to work flexibly and to work part time and are really pleased with how many of ramsac’s working parents have been able to change hours to fit around child care needs.
