AND Digital enters Sunday Times Tech Track 100

Digital enablement specialist, AND Digital, has been listed for the first time in the iconic Sunday Times Tech Track 100 list, ranking 78th.

This is a significant achievement for the tech company, which in only six years has generated an annual turnover of more than £42m, supporting a 700-strong team of technology experts across a network of 10 autonomous UK-based ‘clubs’. This agile and nimble way of working provides businesses with quick access to highly sought after digital talent, while ensuring AND Digital remains highly responsive to client requirements.

AND Digital is widely recognised for its focus on both people and technology, empowering businesses to meet their digital goals by working alongside in-house teams to accelerate digital delivery.

It is the go-to digital enablement partner for global corporations including BA, Diageo, Whitbread, Taylor & Francis and the Telegraph Group, and with a strong focus on its people and culture, AND Digital has ranked tenth place in Tech Track’s sister league table, The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2020.

The 20th anniversary of Tech Track 100 is a celebration of the UK’s fastest growing tech companies, with AND Digital sitting alongside notable players such as Revolut, Verve and TransferWise. Ranked according to fastest growing sales over the last three years, the impressive list of private tech firms includes seven unicorn companies, achieving a combined valuation of over £15 billion.

Of the achievement, Paramjit Uppal, founder and CEO of AND Digital said: “Securing a place in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 is a great accomplishment for us, and one that every single member of the team at AND Digital is proud of.

“As technology continues to transform the world around us, and as 2020 has all too clearly shown us, it’s vital that companies have the support and resources they need to remain agile and resilient. To us at AND, that has always meant a focus not just on building great products and services with our clients, but enabling them to continuously learn and upskill their talent at the same time. It’s this twin focus on both technology and people that we believe accelerates the digital transformation journey, ensuring greater resilience and adaptability in the face of the unpredictable.

“Our rapid growth, recognised by this latest award, is really the evidence not only of our ability to do this across industries, but also the growing demand for AND’s services.”
