Sungard Availability Services (Sungard AS) has been named as a supplier on the new Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Technology Services 3 (TS3) RM6100 framework, extending how UK public sector organisations can procure cost-effective services and expertise from recognised suppliers.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2019/20, it helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers. TS3 is the latest iteration of the highly successful Technology Services 2 framework for central government departments, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies and local authorities in the UK, covering ICT services from strategy to transition and operational deployment.
Sungard AS has long been established within the UK public sector Crown Commercial Digital Marketplace, appearing on past frameworks for multiple G-Cloud iterations (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and most recently 12) and DOS releases (3, 4, and most recently 5).
On the TS3 framework, public sector departments will be able to access the company’s extensive IT services portfolio for terms of up to 5 years and beyond via the following Lots:
- Lot 3a: End User Services
- Lot 3b: Operational Management
- Lot 3c: Technical Management
- Lot 3d: Application & Data Management
