Colt Technology Services presents The World in 2030: a global connected economy, in partnership with BCE Global and Ciena

Colt Technology Services, a leading provider of world-class network and voice connectivity to businesses in Europe, Asia and the US, today announced it is hosting a session with renowned economist Hamish McRae, in partnership with BCE Global (a Bell Canada division) and Ciena, taking place 6 July, 2021.

Andrew Edison, Colt’s EVP – Sales, Marketing & CRM (Interim), will speak alongside Hamish McRae, Associate Editor and Economics Commentator at The Independent and City Columnist at the Mail on Sunday, between 14.00 – 14.45pm BST, in a virtual session titled, “The World in 2030: a global connected economy.”

The session abstract reads: “How will the global economy impact your future network? Where are we now in the global economic cycle? How will long term remote working and learning impact local and regional economies and businesses?”

Edison is responsible for driving Colt’s commercial strategy, leading global teams across sales, presales, marketing, and customer relationship management, as well as working closely with the wider organisation to ensure Colt delivers on its vision of transforming the way the world works through the power of connectivity. He is a native of the UK and a respected technology industry advocate, who has contributed to the Prince’s Trust as a Technology Leadership Group member.
