UK & Ireland SAP User Group Announces UKISUG CONNECT 2021

Annual conference brings SAP users together to network, collaborate, learn, and plan for the future

The UK & Ireland SAP User Group, the independent voice that represents the SAP user community, is holding its annual conference at the ICC Birmingham, between the 28th and 30th of November 2021. UKISUG CONNECT will bring together 70 SAP partners and 500 SAP customers from across the UK & Ireland so they can network and share insight.

This year’s conference will focus on “planning for the future”, featuring an agenda filled with interactive workshops and many hours of networking opportunities. Throughout the conference, delegates will have the opportunity to meet and interact with SAP, industry experts, and policymakers, to help them maximise their current and future investments in SAP.

Paul Cooper, Chairman of UK&I SAP User Group, Michiel Verhoeven, Managing Director of SAP UK&I and Sudeep Shetty, Global CIO, Britvic PLC, will open the event as keynote speakers. UKISUG CONNECT will offer more than 100 breakout sessions covering everything from Customer Experience, Cloud, Analytics, RISE with SAP, S/4HANA and Payroll. There will be a host of customer speaker sessions, including presentations from Quorn Foods, Dunelm, Royal Mail, and AstraZeneca.

Throughout the event, there will be a series of Soapbox sessions with a focus on mindfulness and mental health, alongside a range of workshops on sustainability and various interactive roundtables.

SUGFest will be also making a return, with this year’s theme focusing on the 1920’s prohibition era with some Peaky Blinders thrown in, with fantastic food and amazing entertainment across different areas.

“We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone back to CONNECT this year, so delegates can get back to networking with each other,” commented Craig Dale, chief executive, UK & Ireland SAP User Group. “With so much change happening over the last two years, it is important that organisations plan for the future, and we continue to drive success for the SAP community. We are delighted to welcome a fantastic line up of keynote and customer speakers to share their knowledge and experience. UKISUG CONNECT remains the key event for SAP users to share insights, network with peers, and learn about SAP’s future product developments.”
