security of users. With the addition of Neosurf prepaid cards, ZEN customers already have 32 methods available to top up their account balance, including credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and other locally available payment methods, such as iDEAL, Skrill or Bancontact.
At the end of last year, 2.2 million prepaid cards had already been issued in Poland, which means they had a 5.1 percent market share. Market leaders expect the global prepaid card industry to reach US$ 3.1 trillion by 2022 1 . This is a high amount, considering that most of them are disposable.

Already before, e-shops using the payment gateway of the Polish fintech had access to the possibility of adding Neosurf as one of the payment methods, thus giving customers the choice of their preferred method. Neosurf cards can be purchased online or for cash in a stationary shop. The account is topped up by entering the code from the card, without the need to provide any personal details.
