As more and more people are working from home, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance and stay connected with colleagues. Remote work has its benefits, but it can also lead to social isolation and a lack of connection with team members.
A London-based startup, Reaction, launched a new team-building solution that uses wellness activities as a tool to connect employees, reduce social isolation, and increase the sense of belonging.
The Reaction app enables employees to set personal work-life balance goals and group them together with colleagues with similar goals. The algorithm identifies moments where interaction is more likely to happen, encouraging employees to support each other’s progress and rewarding them for their progress and engagement.
The platform is already being used by teams from leading companies such as Microsoft and Amazon and is designed to work independently so busy team leaders don’t have to manage it and can focus on their other tasks.
Reaction offers a free version for small teams and affordable pricing for bigger teams.
