As the brand quickly approaches the opening of its 400th location, Code Ninjas, the kids coding franchise, has appointed a new Vice President of Marketing, Matt Rogers. With over a decade of consumer marketing experience and a passion for EdTech, Matt joins the team fully equipped to further develop Code Ninjas’ brand awareness in line with the ongoing growth rate seen in the UK and internationally.
No stranger to consumer marketing, Matt has extensive experience helping brands develop and execute their marketing strategies, most recently serving as the General Manager of North America and Head of Global Brand for global EdTech company, Walnut Coding. Now, in an effort to strengthen the brand’s position on both sides of the Atlantic, Matt will employ his seasoned expertise in his new role at Code Ninjas.
“I have worked with a variety of distinguished brands throughout my career, but it was in 2020 that I discovered my passion for EdTech and what the industry has to offer,” said Matt. “Since then, I have wanted to continue my career with a brand that is constantly adapting to the changes of technology and uses it as a core curriculum in children’s education. Code Ninjas is famously known to do just that, and I am thrilled to be a part of a company that focuses on teaching children both technology and life skills.”
As VP of Marketing, Matt will develop and oversee a clear marketing strategy to elevate the brand’s public profile through new, innovative methods to help drive franchise sales and propel the brand to the forefront of the industry.
