Fazenda revolutionises business tech with Zoho ahead of new London restaurant opening

Zoho, a leading global technology company, has revolutionised the internal communications of Rodizio restaurant chain Fazenda, boosting efficiency ahead of its new London opening in Bishopsgate.

Fazenda, the authentic South American restaurant founded in 2010, has restaurants across the UK in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh and Birmingham; and is set to open a new 10,000sq ft venue at 100 Bishopsgate in the City of London, this summer.

The premium-casual restaurant group has used Zoho’s technology suite, including internal social network – Connect, instant message app – Cliq, low code development platform – Creator, social media management app – Social, and project management tool – Projects, to overhaul its communications and project management processes and keep on schedule with its new restaurant launch.

Through Zoho’s consolidated suite, Fazenda has enabled each member of staff to save hours each week through streamlined communications, and planning, using features such as task boards, group breakdowns, scheduled feeds, and automated templates for menus.

Sridhar Iyengar, MD Europe at Zoho, said: “Employee experience is a crucial focus for all businesses today. Employees expect to have the right tools to carry out their day-to-day work easily, and our technology has empowered Fazenda’s staff to improve how they collaborate and communicate, boosting productivity and helping them to stay on track with projects.

“Using unified systems, businesses can take a more strategic approach, creating seamless workflows that enhance operations. This is essential when operating across multiple locations as organisations can understand the complete picture across their entire business at any time. Integration and intuitive user experience should be at the heart of all technology solutions and can ultimately help business growth.”

Natalia Andrade, Head of Marketing for Fazenda Group, said: “Communication is a fundamental aspect of our business, and the whole industry, and that requires the right communication platform to keep all team members aligned and well-informed. We’ve tried a number of other internal communications platforms, but none have quite met our business needs across multiple functions and departments in the way that Zoho has. We needed more organisation, we needed to know when and how if tasks needed to be completed, we needed to know who would do them, by what time and other details.”

“There is no way you can have smooth communication with different people who are in different places at different times unless you use common ground. Zoho is our common ground. It has drastically changed the way we interact with each other as a business and it is also happy to evolve, progress and add new features,” Andrade added.
