Sinch selects MarCloud to power global marketing automation campaigns

MarCloud will deploy expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to support continuing global growth of leading cloud-based customer communications platform

Liverpool, UK, 8th August 2023 – MarCloud Consulting, the marketing automation consultancy and technology company, has announced it is partnering with Sinch, the international customer communications cloud company that makes it easy for businesses to engage in meaningful conversations with their customers where and when it matters.

MarCloud will support Sinch’s global growth, using its unique Salesforce expertise to optimise Sinch’s deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). This is a key requirement, given Sinch’s use of Salesforce technology by its multiple business units. MarCloud has already achieved significant gains for Sinch, streamlining processes and improving management of leads from external partners. MarCloud will continue to support Sinch’s global marketing automation campaigns and amplify the capabilities within the company’s current marketing automation resources.
