Koreen Pagano, renowned industry Product Leader, joins Thrive Learning as Chief Product Officer

The appointment of Pagano means 50% of Senior Leadership positions are held by women. With a stellar track record spanning over three decades, Pagano brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role, having led impressive product teams at LinkedIn Learning, D2L and Degreed, she is poised to steer Thrive’s product strategy and innovation initiatives to new heights.

Having held pivotal positions at esteemed organisations such as Degreed, Wiley, D2L, and LinkedIn Learning (Lynda), Pagano has consistently demonstrated her expertise in driving product excellence and fostering groundbreaking advancements in the technology landscape. Her tenure as Vice President of Skills at Degreed and Group Vice President at Wiley exemplifies how she has led innovation, set strategic visions and executed truly transformative initiatives.

Pagano’s illustrious career is underscored by her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to revolutionising corporate learning and development. As an Advisory Board member at SilVR Thread, she spearheaded pioneering endeavours in leveraging virtual reality for immersive training experiences, cementing her status as a trailblazer in the intersection of technology and education.
