Scale Computing, a marketing leader in edge computing, virtualisation and hyperconverged solutions, today announced that it has been honoured with XCellence Awards in the Technology Solution category during The Channel Company’s 2019 NexGen® Conference. This is the third time in 2019 that Scale Computing has been honoured with XCellence Awards, after being awarded “Best Midmarket Solution: Hardware,” “Best Boardroom: Premier” and “Best in Show: Premier” at the MES Fall and Spring 2019 Summits.
As a three-time 2019 recipient of XCellence Awards, Scale Computing has demonstrated remarkable leadership and an understanding of the unique and changing IT landscape and commitment to advancing IT departments in businesses of all sizes. The XCellence Award winners are determined by fellow CIO and IT executives in cloud-focused and services-led managed services providers, which are voted on by NexGen attendees.
“NexGen presents an unmatched opportunity for technology suppliers to showcase their wealth of cloud-powered solutions and services to the channel’s elite managed services professionals,” said Bill Jones, senior vice president and general manager of events, The Channel Company.
“The NexGen XCellence Award winners symbolise what it means to be a leading-edge IT vendor who is dedicated to developing the technologies that will help MSPs move away from commoditised offerings and offer tailored solutions to meet the needs of small, medium and enterprise customers. We congratulate these top technology organisations and wish them continued success.”
This is another industry-leading award for Scale Computing in 2019, as the company was also recognised as a winner for the 2019 CRN Tech Innovator for the HE500 series. In addition, Scale Computing was awarded in the Converged/Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Desktop/Server Virtualisation categories of the CRN® 2019 Annual Report Card (ARC) awards program, as well as a winner in all subcategories for both categories including: Product Innovation, Support, Partnership and Managed/Cloud Services.
“We are incredibly honoured to have been recognised with an XCellence Awards for the third time this year. It is validating to have continued support and confidence behind Scale Computing from fellow CIO and IT executives at this partner-driven event,” said Jeff Ready, CEO and co-founder of Scale Computing.
“With Scale Computing HC3, we are proud to enable partners and organisations with an easy-to-use, highly available and cost effective solution for IT teams of all sizes, which fuels business goals.”
