Broker portal is the UK’s first implementation of Financial Services Cloud for Insurance

Working in partnership with LV= General Insurance (LV= GI), one of the UK’s leading insurers, BearingPoint has launched a transformational Broker Portal and CRM capability for the company, supporting around 3,500 broker users.

BearingPoint were engaged to support LV= GI in their decision to digitally transform and reconfigure their engagement with brokers, to enable their continued success in providing future insurance services. This required a migration away from existing legacy broker platforms to the new Broker Portal.

The new capability has simplified the relationship with brokers and the efficiency with which they can interact with LV= GI and ultimately support their end customers. The portal allows a common, intelligent, and single view of all claims enabling dynamic insights into the insurance journey. The portal also allows LV= GI to digitally support the brokers with information, insights, and data through Salesforce Experience Cloud.

LV= GI implemented Salesforce in 2019 to replace a number of existing fragmented CRM solutions and this is the UK’s first implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for Insurance – allowing BearingPoint to build and configure the portal using digital industry standards.
